By phone : Call Alfa Customer Resources at 1-800-964-2532 and select prompt #1 for Existing Customer, then prompt # 2 for claims and then prompt # 1 for glass claims only.
Online: Login to your MyAlfa ® account. In the Policies section click the drop down for Quick Links and select and select 'Report an Auto Glass Claim.’ If you haven't set up a MyAlfa account but would like to, click on 'Login' in the top banner of this screen and begin by clicking ‘Create an Account’ under the Login button.
In the Alfa2Go mobile app: Tap the ‘Claims’ button and then tap the ‘Report a Glass Claim’ button. Next, select the auto policy for which you need to file a claim in the Alfa2Go app on your mobile device. If you don't have the Alfa2Go app on your mobile device download it free today on your Android or Apple device.
Please have your policy number available if possible. Trexis glass claims can be filed using the Alfa Glass Service if the policy number begins with N.
